About Fusion Flow
Fusion Flow began where decades of business development met the AI revolution. We kept seeing the same thing across small and mid-sized businesses: talented teams buried under repetitive admin, missed calls, and manual follow-up: losing time and revenue to work that software should handle.
So we built an agency to fix exactly that. We design practical AI automations that keep costs down, recover lost leads, and free owners to focus on the work that actually grows the business. No bloated platforms, no hype... just systems that quietly do the busywork so your team doesn't have to.
Meet the team
Mark Williamson
Co-Founder · Director of Sales & Business Development
Mark brings a 25-year career spanning technical business development, entrepreneurship, capital sourcing, and technical recruiting. He began in corporate and operational finance with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Mexico City and Dallas, then (after earning his engineering degree) served as Technical Manager of EMSCOR, a Houston manufacturer of rack-and-pinion industrial elevators. He went on to direct entrepreneurial ventures in Budapest and Washington, D.C., and held an executive role with U.S. public internet firm Intermost Corporation in Shenzhen, China.
Much of Mark's work has centered on evaluating and financing technology: he has assessed hundreds of clean-energy startups for technical and economic viability, sourced and vetted Curve Biosciences ahead of its $40M Series A raise, and most recently sourced power-generation equipment for off-grid AI data centers. That blend of deep technical fluency and capital-side discipline is exactly what he brings to Fusion Flow's clients.
At Fusion Flow, Mark leads client relationships and growth. He's the first point of contact for new clients: his role is to understand the real mechanics of your business, find where time and revenue are leaking, and translate that into a clear, prioritized plan for what to automate first.

Lorena A. Quincoso Lugones
Co-Founder · AI Automation Architect & Technical Lead
Lorena owns Fusion Flow's technical delivery end to end: designing, building, testing, and deploying every automation the agency ships. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida International University (3.96 GPA) and is an ACM Best Paper Award recipient and NSF REU alumna, with published research in neuro-symbolic AI and computer vision.
Her engineering work spans both industry and research. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions she built a generative-AI prototype that translated natural-language specs into production code, increasing developer productivity by 50%. She led backend development for Aurora, an AI course-advising system built on a FastAPI + PostgreSQL/pgvector RAG pipeline that reached 93% semantic accuracy - the project recognized with the ACM Best Paper Award in AI & Agents at SAC 2026. Day to day she works in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and n8n, with deep experience in LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented systems.
Her focus isn't impressive demos - it's automations that are safe, reliable, and genuinely useful in production: conservative by design, observable, and built to integrate with the tools clients already run. Her guiding principle is restraint: narrow scope, human-in-the-loop on anything consequential, and no automation that acts faster than a client's trust in it.
